Keeps me focused and accountable. Sometimes my mental get in the way, but the conversation and knowing the program doesn’t change keeps me on track of why I chose to take care of me. This program is amazing! If you are truly committed to losing weight, than you will excel at this program. I have lost almost 40lbs in less than 3 months. I followed the program and kept losing weight and kept adjusting my goal! I highly recommend.
I absolutely love this nutritional program. It is simple and all the information you need to be successful is provided in the journal and other flyers that have been shared with us. I heard about the program on TV, and social media. I decided to give it a try. I did...and so far I'm doing good on the program. I've stuck to the meal plans and lost 7lbs in my first month. I'm happy with those results as I'm not trying to lose the weight fast. The first day was the worst. I'm happy with my progress thus far.
