I absolutely love the team I’m working with in Braintree. They’re incredibly positive, but most importantly, transparent—which is so important when you’re trying to make real, lasting change. Keeps me focused and accountable. Sometimes my mental get in the way, but the conversation and knowing the program doesn’t change keeps me on track of why I chose to take care of me. This program is amazing! If you are truly committed to losing weight, than you will excel at this program. I have lost almost 40lbs in less than 3 months. I followed the program and kept losing weight and kept adjusting my goal! I highly recommend.
I absolutely love this nutritional program. It is simple and all the information you need to be successful is provided in the journal and other flyers that have been shared with us.
