Everyone working there is incredibly sweet, nice, and professional. They remember your name and seem genuinely happy/excited for any and all changes in your life and health not just your weight. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a weightliss journey with no pressure and caring people

Based on several encounters with the front desk staff I’m not fully convinced that they are in tune with the full customer experience. When I questioned the next stage in my journey, I was told take your time and get back to us if you want to continue the program. Left me with the feeling as though I didn’t matter. Was never offered an option or guidance on how to proceed through the program.

My local Medi staff is super friendly and are helpful and encouraging in my weight loss journey. Paris always greets with a smile and keeps you motivated to achieve your goals.

This is the best weight loss clinic I've ever been to. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I am losing the weight that I need to lose. The clean and decorative environment of the decor of the office, the products that they offer, and the staff has made this journey well worth it.
