After a few months at Medi-Weightloss Naperville, I am thrilled to share that the wonderful staff there has educated me on nutrition, celebrated my goals big and small, and I have succeeded in losing more weight with them in that short time than I have been able to shed in the past 15 years. Professional, welcoming, timely, and informative. I feel confident when I go to my appointments that staff will be encouraging and helpful. I appreciate having medical professionals to assist with my weight loss.

I feel they really do try to hear you, it may take reiterating certain things so that you are heard clearly but they don't mind you advocating for yourself. They understand that you know your body the best.
