The staff is wonderful and so encouraging on this weightloss journey. It is tough as you get older and have babies and your body changes to feel like you used to and reach your goal weight. I know with their help I will get to where I want to be.
This place feels like a safe space for me, especially around the topic of weight loss. If I'm down in weight, it is celebrated. If I'm up, then they offer the help I need to get back on track. There is never any judgement. I highly recommend letting them help you!!
