Firstly the scheduling was very smooth. The moment I arrived at my appointment the facility of medi weight loss was a mess. Chaotic and disorganized. At the meeting with nutritionist I came to know this was 2 hr appointment nobody told me and I they told me will take only an hr. Then came to know they have no vegetarian diet plan for me and it was a surprise which I wasn't aware of it. This place is not real , do not go
I love the place. The problem is when your appointment is at 7:00 and there are 6 other people waiting. I have to be a work for 7:20 and knowing my appointent is never at 7:00 . It is very frustrating to have to be late. Half the time the the scales are not working and there is only one person weighing and giving injections.
Great professional service. All staff makes you feel welcome. The energy in this office gives you motivation to get in control of your weight and most importantly your health.
This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and supportive. Yahaira is the absolute best — she truly cares about her patients and her work. I struggled with weight loss before joining, but she helped me see that it’s totally possible to do it on your own with the right guidance. So grateful for her and the staff! Total Weightloss so far 70lbs
It’s an amazing place. The problem I have is when your appointment is at 7 am and there are 4 other people waiting to be seen and one person doing every thing
