Medi WL in West Hartford center is just awesome. During my first visit Lisa gave me my orientation. She made me feel comfortable answering my questions patiently. I look forward to seeing Lisa when I check in weekly. Nothing could be easier to spend 10 minutes once a week holding myself accountable for my life choices over the past week. I started my journey with Medi last year, and in the timeframe of one year I have been able to lose over 70lbs, something that on my own I could not achieve. Your staff is amazing, they are always happy to see the patients, very polite and so encouraging. I am happy to be here. I have referred several people and so glad to hear it is working for them too.
The staff are friendly, caring and so incredibly supportive. Each week I go, I get more information and feel more comfortable with the program as a whole. They are all "cheerleaders" for patient success.
The weight loss program is seamless and it works. It's a healthy and stress free way to lose weight in a timely manner. The schedules are flexible and easy for you to maintain weekly monitoring appointments. The staff are professional and courteous.
