My family has been going to Medical Arts for 3 generations with Dr Metkus. While I will speak for myself, I’m sure my family will agree that they don’t come better than Dr Metkus. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, and comprehensive. Whether it is a heart problem, digestive problem, or skin cancer, Dr Metkus is a compliment to the medical profession. Very much enjoyed my doctor for initial evaluation. However follow up was left waiting for over 30 minutes (had to leave and not be seen due to other schedule events), front desk was dismissive and rude. Very unprofessional front desk. Debating whether continuing to remain patient at this office.
My doctor will retire soon, I will be so sorry to see her go.She has been a professional and brilliant care taker.
Doctors and the nurses are fabulous. The front desk people are atrocious. And whoever is answering the phones could just not hang up on people and work on their customer service skills As of 10/6/25 - If you need to call and ask a question, you won't be able to reach the front desk. I've been using Medical Arts Internal Medicine for many years. I've always had a pleasant experience with all staff (seeing my fair share of doctors and NPs).Their online portal is easy to navigate; having all my information from visits, reports, and scheduling appointments made easy. I currently see Dr. Nicholson and highly recommend him.
