The food was cold and dry, I never got a refill on my drink, the show was too long for my younger children. We received no information on what our package came with and kept having to ask. The photos that were taken were never brought to our table for us to view as we were told they would.

Good theme but those poor horses were drooling and Lethargic. I was ignored when I asked why twice and left.

It is absolutely normal for a horse to secrete foamy saliva during physical exertion. The show was really lack luster at best and the actors looked like they would have preferred to be someplace else. I had to go yo the bar to get my own beverage because the bar wench walked around my area of the table but never took my bar order. She kept saying that she would send someone over. 20 minutes after I returned from the bar with my own drink the same bar we ch asked if we needed anything from the bar. Be careful about where you get sat. Yellow 10 is by far the worst seating in the place. It’s the top row which I didn’t mind, however it’s also at the far end where you can’t really see what’s going on. Not to mention being next to a spot light and a servers station. Our server Jacki, was slow and the food wasn’t very good. They substituted corn for some nasty sausage thing. The show however, kept the kids entertained. It was not worth the money. No need to ever visit here again.

Okay. The food, the show, the knights… all lovely. Staff was kind and very accommodating (a member of our party was visually impaired) But don’t let the website fool you that that they are “taking precautions to keep you safer.” All four of us got COVID at this location. I paid $65 for a ticket. The waitress dumped a half my meal while I was still eating it. People kept walking in front of me the whole time I probably missed at least 2/3 of the show.
