Was there celebrating my daughters boyfriends birthday we got the VIP royalty package but somehow managed to be served our food last at one point wjile serving the food they had to bring my husbands chicken back to him on his plate. Other then that the show was good
Was there last night I am here about ones a week or every 2 weeks for the last 6 years I have had bad experiences before and they was always fixed right there and never was disappointed. Was there last night checking in when i got the email for the special deals of $35 a ticket I got 2 and upon checking in the last at the window was looking like she was not to happy to be there and I always get asked if I want to upgrade I always do she never asked and gave us our seat numbers I told her I would like to upgrade and looked at... read more

Awesome. Food was mediocre at best, but whatever, woulda been happy with just a bag of m&m's. And beer.
Shame the servers kept interrupting us trying to sell things and getting in the way of the show
Not bad food was ehh, drink prices FORGET IT! The Pirate Dinner shiw has my vote over this. Lacked interaction with the audience. Kids loved it however so I guess I'm over thinking it?
For starters I told the person at the phone call it was may bday and that's why I'm attending my name wasn't on the list that the king and Princess was reading 2nd my seat was obstructed because I sat at the end of my row and most of the show is in the middle of the arena I'm giving it 2 stars because of the food
We have been before and had a great time however this time not so much. First, we paid an additional $70 for vip tickets which was a complete waste and disaster. When we showed up they had sold our vip seats and it took them 15 mins to find us new seats which by then the show had started and we're just standing there. Finally they stuffed 4 of us and a baby into 2 seats!!! Then it took 30 min just to get plates and cups for our whole party! Poor organization for ADA accessability. Hit the ADA button when ordering tickets online and made it clear at the ticket booth upon arrival no stairs....he responded repeating no stairs and we were handed 2 green #8 laminated playing cards of sorts. Asked a wench behind the bar where was the dungeon as 1/2 the reason I took my love/date to this dinner show was for the medeival torture devices.
