I won free tickets on Twitter. Unlike most businesses, the guy checking us in (William) didn't treat us differently. He treated us like his favorite customers, gave us a great deal and amazing seats. Everything, even the bathroom, was immaculate. I also appreciate something every other establishment I've been to has overlooked: Medieval Times put the handicap stall first. No walking/rolling down the long row to make it to the stall you need. We were given front row seats, which were fabulous. Our wench, Genna, was hilarious... read more
