The staff were all excellent, across the board. Very engaging, friendly and helpful. The show was entertaining. The long wait to get in and an additional very long wait to be seated were horrible. And then it took forever to get our food because the servers were part of the show. And the food comes out one item at a time. So if you want to eat your bread with your soup it will get cold. The only complaint I have is the seats. The seats are not worth a damn. If it had not been for the fact that someone did not show up, and I had an empty seat to one side, I would not have stayed to watch. However. The staff were very cool. They did a very good job taking on the roles and making it a great experience. My wife and daughters had a great time. The torture chamber is a must see. They have talented horsemen and actors.

First off I want to say the show was amazing. 99% of the staff made it a memorable experience! We came all the way from Denver to see the show and it was well worth it! The only problem was our server I hate to rag on the guy but he was the worst! I paid the extra money to get the first row. To start off he was not engaged like the other servers for the other tables. The server next to us was amazing he got the group into the show and looked like he was having fun. If anyone complain about medieval times they are lying..Our Waiter was Nicolas and he was awsome
