Definitely not worth what we paid. The chicken was room temperature, the corn mushy, and my daughters soup cup was filled half as much as my husband and I. We were in the VIP section but definitely not worth the price. We were seated 15 minutes sooner, but had to wait at least 20 minutes for non-alcoholic beverages. They were quick to come around with the bar service but definitely not for those of us who were not drinking. Our server was very much into the tip. I don’t think we’ve ever been given a Venmo account to tip to f... read more

I attended the 2:00 matinee today with a group of 7. We purchased tickets online and clicked the button that we required handicap accessible seating. I personally have scoliosis and walk with a can, and I was also there with my father who has ALS. despite specifying this when we purchased tickets we were seated 3 rows up the stairs. The waiters apologized, but we had to ascend the stairs anyway as we did not have wheelchairs with us. My father uses a wheelchair on bad days, he should not be pushed to used stairs that we paid... read more

Not the same show of old. New show is not as theatrical. Removal of the rib from the dinner takes away from the meal. Lack of bartender table service. Had to call for a Manager to get a beer. And other party members still didn’t get service. Being a Saturday show I expected better.

I come all the way down from Rhode Island to see the show because I’ve come dozens of times and this time around oh boy it was the worst experience ever one my husband has a bad back so we needed at least the chairs you can move instead of the solid ones they gave us one but it was so crowded where they had put us Two the server I had was so clumsy spilled soda on my husbands arm and pants and my back side is wet then when she was serving the chicken the grease of it spilled on my pants and arm like grease does not wash ou... read more

Lyndhurst Castle, August 14th 7pm show. The performance, slightly cheesy as it was, had been never the less delivered without fail. Though our black and white knight of choice did not win, it was great to spend the time cheering him on. The chicken was delicious, however the temperature of the food could have been a bit hotter. It was my first experience, and although I enjoyed the show for the most part, I was not pleased with my VIP experience. It did not make me feel like getting the Queens package was worth the mone... read more

We attended with a group this past Sunday. Our waiter was great food was good better than I expected. We were seated in green in the upper box. It was 100 degrees in there. The poor waiter was visibly sweating. The front row in the box could see the show and feel part of it. In the back row it felt very distant and more like watching it on a TV. I had no idea what was going on during the 2nd contest as the target was not in a visible portion of the arena. My daughter could see and said they were hitting a target. ... read more
