We came here for Father’s Day today at the 1:30pm show.... staff is super friendly. No machines had any type of soda. We were offered.. water, lemon aid and water downed fruit punch. Weather is 90 outside and it was warm inside sitting in your seats. And at the end, we were served cold, sticky lemon bread / cake, when it clearly said “pastry of the castle”. We have came many times and staff is always WONDERFUL & CHEERFUL. Food has been going downhill. To pay $35 for kids and $62 for adults, is crazy for what we expected to b... read more

The new story line sucks. We wanna see the knights fight to their death not this other bullshit.

With the new story line, I'm ok with there being a Queen and not a King although the King was the best and you should probably bring him back, but does there really need to be an extremely openly gay advisor to the queen? I really think we could have done without that along all the wasted time talking about oranges and what have you. Ridiculous. Also, what happened to the fight choreography? It was a disaster. The fights were slow as hell and a mess. I used to love this show. Why do this? To be politically correct? Maybe los... read more

Horrible service!!! Asked the waiter multiple times for the bar tender and the person never came. The waiter ended up walking away and giving me an attitude because of the lack of communication.

Total rip off. The waiter told us for an hour and 15 mins that the other person would come over to get our drink order, and never did. And the waiter had a bit of an attitude towards us when we would mention that they still hadn’t come over. My friend than got up and went to the bar and got us drinks. I than said to the waiter that we were annoyed, he tried to continue to walk away and than suggested that the bar is always open. I told him with the hundreds we spent we should at least enjoy the show! So he told me... read more

Utterly frustrating. Attended the show this evening with my 2 children. We had the 3 seats closest to the aisle of our section and unfortunately the section next to us was occupied by a corporate outing from Deutsch Bank. The alcohol was flowing freely with this group and once the food slowed down these men and women decided to stand around at their seats and in the aisles to chat with one another with no regard given to the others around them just trying to watch the show. We asked our wait staff several times to ask them ... read more

I was given a paper doggie bag to bring home my vege stew. Didn't seem right but I packed it up and left. The bag started leaking as we were walking out and the the whole bottom of the bag broke by the time we got to the car. Stew everywhere. Very upset 😥

The show was great, unfortunately me and my girlfriend's anniversary was ruined due to food poisoning most likely from undercooked chicken. I don't think we'll be going back unfortunately.

We went to this show yesterday, we presented 12 tickets, they seated us in 10 seats. We told the supervisor and they took4 of our members and sat 4 of them in the worst seats by the kitchen. Then the manager Chris harrassed my niece and stated we snuck in 2 additional people.Well Chris, get your facts straight, we had 10 adults, 2 paid childred and 4 toddlers of age 2 that sat on our laps. You promised to refund my niece for the error your front office made giving us 10 seats instead of 12, you harrassed my niece and block ... read more
