My husband and I got food poisoning from Medieval Times.. horrible
It was my first time going to the show, my son 6th birthday he didn't seem to enjoy to much. But the food had flavor and it was pretty good. The server could've been better and the show was good but they seem a little rough with the horses for my liking. Don't think I will returned the price is to high I didn't think it was worth the money for a second time.

Our oldest daughter got 5 VIP tickets through groupon for our family to go out & experience something different & fun. It was different & it was fun but the service can definitely use some fine tuning. First thing was we had no idea where VIP entrance was that the ticket stated. No one to guide us so we waited on the regular line. Most were done with the chicken before corn & potato showed up, 30 minutes after sitting down the bar maid showed up & took our order. The entertainment was top notch. However the service was very bad. We waited over 45 mins for our drink. Even water took forever to get. My food was getting cold because we waiting so long. The price you pay for a family of 4 they need to up their service or lower their price.
This was the second time going to the castle and this experience was underwhelming. The waiter was never there to be seen, couldn't even get a refill of water. No one from the bar ever showed, and to top it off one of my guests was burned by the scalding soup. In general the service was poor as well. Going to the bar the staff was cold and seemed irritated they had to be serving. Sadly disappointed.

More a storyline for kids fantasy. Food was boring but that is what it was like back in the 5th-15th centuries. The horses were just so so. They didn't seem to like being in the show as the gallop often was not good. Overused maybe... The Knights seemed tired as well. All and all it was ok.
