Get directionsMore a storyline for kids fantasy. Food was boring but that is what it was like back in the 5th-15th centuries. The horses were just so so. They didn't seem to like being in the show as the gallop often was not good. Overused maybe... The Knights seemed tired as well. All and all it was ok.
We have visited this castle many times and have always had the best meal and always enjoy the show. However was very disappointed about the runs being replaced with corn in the cob. Not even close to comparison. It was a sold out show, like every other time we had been there but the service was very behind. Bar staff took over an hour to come to us after requesting them. I have been to over 15 shows at this castle. The last two shows I went to were terrible. I would like to start with the horses... what happened to the master of horses? When he was the trainer all the horses did the movements asked such as the piaffe , passage' and capriole. Now I see the horses not doing these movements to their full potential. Great show... Crappy service. We got nose bleed seats and were the last ones to eat. The waiter was great... it wasn't his fault that they forgot our section altogether and while everybody was having their soup, we didn't even have matts or anything.
The show was descent the food wasnt horrible but for the price I expected a little more
