Won on day 11 of their 12 days of Christmas contest but never received my tickets. Called the corporate number but couldn't get any help. I was transferred to a female manager from NJ that promised to "follow up" with me but never did. Thank you so much for getting my hopes up just to let me down.
I've done medieval times new years special quite a few years in a row as a tradition, always talking about how amazing it is and being my family and friends to go. However, each year the service gets worse IMO - not the show, the show still rocks but the service is terrible. First year I went the little appetizers they had amazed me prior to the show. Amazing how my negative review and comment of a few days ago has been deleted.
Took my daughter last night and have to say was very disappointed. While the entertainment was wonderful, the service and food was lousey.... Our server took forever to bring a boster seat for my daughter that I ended up asking a staff member, Was looking forward to the chicken and ribs and saw that the menu has changed to where now we get corn on the cob, and NO RIBS The corn was so soggy and disgusting to look at I didn't eat mine, and my daughter took one bite of hers and said it tasted like vomit. My brother and I went today, 4/25/2015, and had a truly fabulous time! We went there to celebrate his 50th birthday and wow you guys did not disappoint smile emoticon Got some shirts and sweatshirts on sale and even my brother got some of those toy knights heh the food was great, the show thoroughly entertaining.
