Lisa went above and beyond trying to help me get a Rx filled. Although, I didn’t end up getting the Rx because the MD office had to complete paperwork & the office had closed. I appreciate Lisa being helpful and nice. It’s great when you have an employee to actually provide good customer service now a days ! Hang on to her !

I’m a new member and had an issue at the pharmacy with one of my prescriptions. I called MedOne to ask how to resolve the issue and the woman I spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful. She explained the process to me and answered all my questions. And she took care of getting the proper paperwork out to my doctor to make sure I don’t have an issue in the future. I am extremely pleased with my experience!

I recently had an issue with two of my regular prescriptions significantly increasing in cost. I called Med-One for assistance and Cassandra was incredibly patient and helpful. She not only provided me with information as to why the cost had increased and how to avoid that in the future, but helped me to enroll in mail-order shipping for my meds that decreased the cost by more than $10 per prescription. Thank you, Cassandra!

Absolutely the most ridiculous process I have ever had to deal with in regards to obtaining medications that require a prior authorization. I understand why the PA is needed, but the tedious and painful process is ridiculous. Unfortunately I am obligated to use them because of my employer. I would not recommend using them if it can be avoided.

I contacted MedOne to ask some questions about one of my prescriptions that was not initially approved. I was dreading the call. However, my experience could not have been any better. The representative found my prescription immediately and advised me that the doctor had been notified and the needed authorization was completed. Everything was done.
