I was confused about my drug coverage and how much my deductible was and I called med one and the person I talked to was extremely helpful and nice and helped me through getting a savings card for my medicine and explained everything to me. Customer service was 10/10! I used the chat option on my account and someone answered shortly after I sent the first message and once I told them my issue, they took control and got me a solution and even reached out to my pharmacy on my behalf to make sure everything was set up correctly. Then called me to let me know and allowed me to ask follow up questions and had all the answers I needed. Will definitely use this option again in the future
Rep answered all questions about our forced medication changes. Said even if recommended changes would not work that your doctor can appeal and get covered if needed in appeal process.. Company willing to work through process to keep all happy.
The employee I spoke with was helpful on getting my insurance information corrected. She said I should have received new insurance cards in the mail. Told her I have been out of state and in Texas. She provided the updated insurance to the CVS pharmacy. I was able to get my prescriptions without any issues. I really appreciate her calm while I was stressing. Thank you
The representative was great. I was a bottle ahead so I didn’t notice when my refill didn’t come in September. I didn’t notice until December failed to come and I ran out! She was very helpful in getting it filled quickly to minimize the days I had to go without.
