We recently switched to Med One Pharmacy in April, and the experience has been amazing! They made the entire process so simple and stress-free. One of their team members even called to check if I had registered for the patient portal and walked me through the steps to get set up. As soon as that was done, they had my medication ready to fill right away. Excellent customer service and a smooth transition—I couldn’t be happier!

Coverage of medications I was prescribed and needed, not so great.. but the gal spoke with on the phone was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Lyndsey provided amazing customer service and explained in detail what was holding up my prescription and took the time to explain other options I had. She is the reason for the five stars!

This is the first time in a long time that I’ve experienced quality customer service. Today was my first contact with MedRx and I can truly say this company values its clients. The representative contacted the pharmacy and helped them with a code so that I wouldn’t be without a needed prescription. I was able to pick my medication up today and not in 5-7 business days. Thank you for treating me with dignity and compassion.
