Excellent experience ! I came in with a pre- conceived notion that wasn't positive. The lady I spoke with,Jessica was cheerful positive and professional. She was very attentive to my questions and very patient. Got all the answers I needed and had a very positive experience.

The person who assisted me was so much help. I’m so sorry I do not remember her name, as she did tell me at the very beginning. Please check the log for my call and send the person who assisted me my thanks. She was kind, helped me efficiently and was very understanding of my overall confusion. My spouse has a heart condition and requires a lot of prescriptions, so when Rite Aid went out it really caused chaos for us. MedOne customer service is A+! The person who helped me offered to call the pharmacy and find out why the Rx was denied and then called me back to tell me the resolution. It only took a few minutes and she was extremely helpful. It’s rare these days to get an actual person on the phone so I really appreciate MedOne’s commitment to their customers. Thank you!!

Kim was very very helpful and pleasant to visit with. Made me feel like she actually cared and I was not just a member. Please give her a raise or at least a pat on the shoulder and tell her to keep up the good customer service!
