We recently switched to Med One Pharmacy in April, and the experience has been amazing! They made the entire process so simple and stress-free. One of their team members even called to check if I had registered for the patient portal and walked me through the steps to get set up. As soon as that was done, they had my medication ready to fill right away. Excellent customer service and a smooth transition—I couldn’t be happier!
Coverage of medications I was prescribed and needed, not so great.. but the gal spoke with on the phone was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Lyndsey provided amazing customer service and explained in detail what was holding up my prescription and took the time to explain other options I had. She is the reason for the five stars!
There is no other word I can use to describe my encounter with thier customer service support " unbelievably completely thorough" He left no stone unturned to help me with every part of my benefit plan and went the extra distance to call my service provider, my pharmacy , my Doctors office to be absolutely sure I was covered in every detail..incredible
