The employee I spoke with was helpful on getting my insurance information corrected. She said I should have received new insurance cards in the mail. Told her I have been out of state and in Texas. She provided the updated insurance to the CVS pharmacy. I was able to get my prescriptions without any issues. I really appreciate her calm while I was stressing. Thank you
The representative was great. I was a bottle ahead so I didn’t notice when my refill didn’t come in September. I didn’t notice until December failed to come and I ran out! She was very helpful in getting it filled quickly to minimize the days I had to go without.
Courtney from Med One was extremely helpful with all my questions on today’s phone call. She answered all my questions and explained what my next steps would be in the process. This call today was one of many interactions I have had with Med One, and all of my interactions have been pleasant and resulted in good outcomes. Rep answered all questions about our forced medication changes. Said even if recommended changes would not work that your doctor can appeal and get covered if needed in appeal process.. Company willing to work through process to keep all happy.
Med One Customer Service Representative Christie M. was wonderfully helpful! She listened and searched through many claims to find the denial to a medication I needed twice a day. It came down to the prescription needed to be written for 30 days not 90. Now keep in mind, I have been told, that the plan had changed, and I could no longer receive my medication twice a day.
