Terrible! Constantly denying prescriptions for my son and myself. It's so unethical to say "we won't fill this medication until you try FOUR other medications first"!!!! What??!! And then they require prior-auths for EVERYTHING!!! If our specialists took their time and expertise to prescribe a medication, then that's what is needed!! But MedOne constantly pushes back insisting we "try" several other meds first. Resulting in MANY MONTHS before finally having a chance at getting the med we need, no guarantee though!!!
