Courtney from Med One was extremely helpful with all my questions on today’s phone call. She answered all my questions and explained what my next steps would be in the process. This call today was one of many interactions I have had with Med One, and all of my interactions have been pleasant and resulted in good outcomes. The person who assisted me was so much help. I’m so sorry I do not remember her name, as she did tell me at the very beginning. Our insurance company was just changed to MedOne from a different company. The other company was so easy to work with. After just calling, it's a nightmare. I initially was denied the ability to talk to the supervisor and still do not have the issues resolved. It is beginning to sound like I am going to have to go through poor control of my health conditions to get coverage on my prescription medications. Excellent experience ! I came in with a pre- conceived notion that wasn't positive. The lady I spoke with,Jessica was cheerful positive and professional. She was very attentive to my questions and very patient. Got all the answers I needed and had a very positive experience.
I don't like calling about insurance, but Laura was so pleasant and understanding. I felt like she truly was trying to help me and do what was best for me. She went above and beyond!
