Explains eye problem never in rush. Just very nice
I have been to several excellent glaucoma doctors, but Dr. Chaku is the most knowledgeable glaucoma doctor I have ever gone to. She is the best glaucoma doctor around, there has not been one question that she could not answer or explain to me. Takes the time to make sure that you understand everything. To say that Dr. Chaku is excellent is an understatement.
My 86 year old mother had an appointment today with dr Chaka & waited 4 HOURS!!! Why on earth would you do that to her? She left her house at 9:30 for a 10:15 appointment. She returned home after 3pm. She did see the doctor after 2 pm for about 20 minutes. We were so worried about her we had to call the office to track her down. WHY would the nurses, office staff or doctor do that to anyone?
