Crazy expensive, and took a week and a half to fix the sir conditioning problem after diagnosis because the outdoors weather was "too hot" for the tech to work indoors here last week, but not for us to live in it in the meantime. The problem was not with an outdoor condenser. In the end, the problem was fixed, but this was really annoying. I grew up w/o any air conditioning, but if the techs can't work in 85F strictly indoors, there's something that smacks of excuse.
