We help our 82 year old neighbor (who's also a Navy Vet) and Meenan was charging him twice as much per galloon as the going rate "because he signed a contract". So he moved to all electric - now they're trying to charge him $500 to cancel early. Terrible business practices, taking advantage of the elderly. Would never choose them to be my provider.

I’m happy with Meenan because of their customer service. They deliver oil well before I run out, and always take care of any problems with my heater, any time, day or night.

Called Meenan Saturday before New Year. Our heater was making a rumbling sound and just didn't sound right. The service time frame was a little late in the evening so we requested a Sunday morning appointment. They gave us a window between 8 am and 12 noon. 8 am on the dot, Tech Mike Ivone rang the doorbell. He came in and immediately diagnosed the issue and had us back in business within the hour. Paul Powers came out to handle my no heat service call on the coldest day of the year! His professional expertise had my system up and warming my house in a timely manner and gave some good advice for the future. Hope he is available next time I have an emergency!

Our oil burner stopped working, leaving us without heat or hot water. Meenan came out and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. I have been a customer for 25 years. Their customer service is #1. You get what you pay for!
