Ive been with Dr. Alcala for 4 years, consistently seeing her once every month for a half hour. Her soft demeanor, attentiveness after asking questions and checking in to find out how i am doing on my medication makes me feel supported
I’m very happy to have found this center. It is clear that the staff wants to be there and wants to support their clients. My emails are promptly responded to. Very helpful with technical issues that I have had. They transition well (platform change). My PNP is attentive to my mental and physical health and has been instrumental in my progress. Thank you!
