On the first visit she chatted while packing a suitcase. When I tried some time later to seek her help, she refused to see me.

She seems to have little concern about people with Diabetes. Each time I've seen her, as she saw me, she was distracted by packing her suitcase and pushing a medical device. I would not recommend her to anyone.
