Unfortunately, after giving her the benefit of the doubt for many months I can't continue to see Dr. Ghanchi. I usually don't leave reviews but I want to help others not waste their time. If you're looking for a doctor that will make you feel heard and not like a rush to grab your money, she is not for you. These issues are only multiplied by the office staff which is mostly cold and unhelpful. Very unprofessional staff. Very cold and not compassionate at all. Ms. Ghanchi would give me 90 days at a time of my non-narcotic, non-benzo antidepressants with 0 refills so that I would have to talk to her every 90 days so she could charge my insurance. This was for two prescriptions I’ve been on for 10+ years. They’re just maintenance meds to help me feel normal and be able to get out of bed. We would usually talk on the phone for 1-2 minutes max. They had my wrong email and needed me to fill out information before I set up an appointment so they canceled my appointment. And then it was scheduled for the next day, and I struggle with adhd, time management, so I was late. And now I can’t schedule with her at all, im glad tho because I want to see a psychiatrist not a nurse practitioner. She doesn’t seem like she’s used to working with psychiatric patients.
