She seemed thorough. Ordered a number of test and reviewed them. Answered messages sent to her promptly. But when the patient didn’t improve she suggested we see another practioner specialist. She did not order any further tests or give us any further treatment options. I feel she just dropped the ball with us and sent us to be someone else’s problem. Didn’t try to figure out our next step or what further test might be needed. Ended up in the ER to get answers. Which we got with further tests.
