Poor beside manner. Condescending remarks. Lack of empathy. Hard to get a hold of for any referrals to be approved since she only works 3 days a week. We have gone through hassles To ensure she gets medical reports ahead of time an acknowledged they were in the files but failed to read them. Failure to do her job in that case. She replaced our previous pediatrician who was one of the founding Doctors in the practice and it's been a huge let down and drop in service.
