She missed a fairly major diagnosis, was overly quick to prescribe anxiety medication when it was not warranted, and failed to follow up with me when I was undergoing a major, life threatening medical situation. The office also failed to forward complete medical records to other medical providers, despite repeated clearly stated requests to do so.
