I never thought I’d need a divorce but I’m glad I had Melone Hatley walking me through it. It was overwhelming and scary but Emily helped explain the process to me in plain English and “translated” the legalize for me in a way that helped make me understand and get her and my attorney what they needed.
We were overwhelmed going in, no one wants to deal with doing a will let alone all the other documents that go with it, but it was a painless process! When it came time for signing Emily made sure we understood what we were signing and that we had all our questions answered before we were done!
What a breath of fresh air they were. After dealing with a terrible firm that took an uncontested divorce and turned it into a year long $30,000 nightmare. Emily Vaughn turned my case around in as little as a week. All parties were talking again and it was finished a month or two after that. Eric Schell and Emily Vaughn were hands down the best to work with. I would recommend them to anyone! I am and will continue to use them in other matters in the future. They truly impressed!
