Sept 19th I believe I developed a leak on the sediment filter in my basement. I called my home warranty 210 for service. On Sunday I received a call from melton telling me that they could come the next day to fix my pipe. I explained it was not a pipe, but instead the brass housing on the sediment filter that needed replaced. That they would have to get a new filter. I had a very disappointing experience. The home warranty sent a plumber to replace the faucet cartridge, which was covered under my plan. To reach the cartridge, he had already removed the faucet head and plate. I provided him with a brand-new head and plate, but instead of putting the old ones back, he simply installed the new ones I gave him and then charged me an extra $150.
