I only use them for a savings account and a loan, so I don't interact with their checking products, which seems to be where a good amount of complaints come from. But our experience with the savings account and the loan were/are positive so far. The auto loan they offered had one of the lowest available APRs we found, which was nice.
2 clerks working the windows while 3 ladies hanging out giggling at the service center. As a manager I’m seeing you pay people that are not working while your customer service suffers. Just an observation. You have the personnel needed you just aren’t making the best use of their time.

Called and stated their server is offline so no debit cards/ATMs are not working and haven’t been since 1am 11-01-2022. I've been a member since I was 19. I'm 37 now. I've only had 2 bad experiences. Today was the second time. Barbara from the members choice in Bellmead is very rude. I only came in for a money order. She asked for my ID which is fine and I said I have it but normally it's not asked for. Keep in mind my purse was already sitting on the counter. She then says I don't know you mam! Wow sry you're having a bad day
Everyone please be very careful and make sure you double check your receipts. My husband and I have been members here for over 7 years. And here lately the service has really gone down. We are seriously considering leaving this credit union and switching over to a more professional business. Alot of the new tellers don't know how to spell or count. I was in there just a few days ago to get a Cashier check and the tellers actually asked me how to spell Real Estate. Then Today I had to help the teller that waited on me make ... read more
