Keith Osborn and his company, Memory Fortress, are excellent. Two different extensive and complicated projects were organized, and done beautifully, in record time, and at a most reasonable cost. Fifty years or more of valuable slides, films, and photographs for my husband's and my families are now digitalized. We have given thumb drives to our adult children that are appreciated. These folks are awesome. The service is exquisite and we couldn't be happier. We sent down 35-40 pounds worth of photos and tapes. 7800 photos! And the results are outstanding. We labeled the bundles and true-to-form the staff at Memory Fortress used the labels for folder names. Everything was handled expertly and efficiently. Results were great. Nothing was lost. Could not be happier.
We lost our entire wedding album in Hurricane Ian, but the negatives miraculously survived. I reached out to several places for quotes and was shocked at prices. Several wouldn’t even scan them to a flash drive because they were single negatives in individual sleeves. I reached out to Memory Fortress and Keith was exceptionally helpful and gave a very fair quote. The result was amazing! Highly recommend!!
I had very specific requests for wanting to transfer some old VHS tapes. I had tried to do it myself but wasn’t able to and wasn’t sure if a company could fulfill my requests. Then I found this place and called Keith the owner and sent them out and every tape was able to be transferred and looking better than ever! Memory Fortress is the best! After sending 17 8 inch reel to reels of my parent's life--WOW! Turnaround quick and efficient communication. We will be sending the last of our reels to them to edit into mp4. It's a heart-felt business providing heart-full memories for each person they work with.
