The MOST STUPID LAW FIRM!! I was garnished 4-5 months ago I took out an advance from work to pay the percentage to get out of the garnishment and got a clear from the judge and now the are trying to garnish AGAIN for the SAME exact thing I was cleared for and can’t get on the phone with ANY of the stupid people………
These people will play games with your finances. Had a suit filed against me for a bill I thought had been paid. The court papers were apparently delivered to an address I had not lived at for YEARS!!!! Then Mendelson bought the debt. They literally sat on the papers for more than 5 years!!! They could have gone after my paychecks at any of my employers (I worked 3 jobs at one time before getting the job I am at now and have been at for almost 4 years). I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. The legal assistant I spoke with was extremely rude and aggressive and repeatedly interrupted me. She kept saying, “Sir, I can’t give you legal advice on how to pay your amount due,” even though I was not asking for legal advice. I was simply asking how to connect my account to my DMP account so I could manage my payments. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and would not allow me to explain my question, which made the interaction very frustrating.
Honestly, just like all of the reviews - these people are rude and insensitive. Hire better people, it would work out better for the company. Please don’t try to bully people over the phone, you don’t know what people are going through and what they are capable of.
Benjamin helped us with our estate planning (Living Trust) and was exceptional to work with. Very kind, caring, professional and thorough.
