Been seeing Mrs. Rhiannon Soukup for almost a year now i followed her from her last clinic and she has really made an HUGE impact on my Mental Health. Rhiannon is absolutely amazing. She has worked diligently with me and my situation as a professional. She is very knowledgeable and shows true empathy and compassion soon for her patients. She utilizes personal experiences and her education to teach, guide and mentor her patients to heal on their journey. I have found myself utilizing the knowledge she has given me to amplify my own personal healing journey. Hands down, she is the best therapist I have had the opportunity to work with on my personal matters
Rhiannon is hands down the best! She is very responsive to my needs. And sometimes she goes above and beyond for her patience!! Bottom line is she’s an amazing person with an amazing talent to treat patients With Care and dignity. Myself and my daughter are treated by her and she even does telehealth which is great because we’re on opposite sides of the city!!! We both absolutely love her and what she’s been able to do for us!!!!!
What an incredible business and team! They have been wonderful to work with. I have had nothing but a supportive and communicative experience. I have recommended this team to multiple people. They make sure the insurance and care is all taken care of so you can focus on your healing. When the insurance company gave Emma the assistant issues instead of making me take care of it she spent her personal time after hours to make sure my medication came in on time. Words cannot describe the personal interest and professionalism.
I’ve been a patient there for approximately 6 months and I have to say Rhiannon the psych nurse practitioner is amazing. I actually followed her from when she was with a different company. She’s a great listener, compassionate about her patients and is very empathetic. I’m very lucky to have her as my practitioner. She also has the cutest dog Vera that hangs out with her. I’m currently doing Spravato (nasal ketamine) for just over a year and it’s been helping me manage some of my symptoms. Their office is clean and inviting.... read more
