The staff is awesome except for this new hire Laken she is very LOUD and RUDE. I was standing at the counter waiting to be waited on and she walked right pass me and went behind the counter and fixed a drink for someone, came from behind the counter as if I wasn't standing there. I begin asking her if I can get something. She said she didn't see me standing there and proceeded walking to the back of the casino without waiting on me. I go to sit where I was playing. In my opinion, it’s been my experience. The staff here are rude and sarcastic. If you ever feel the need to be insulted, give this place a try..!!!

I had an excellent time. Safety measures were in place, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff provided fantastic service, and their hospitality was outstanding. What impressed me the most was the chance to win big! The variety of games and betting options made for an exciting experience. The place is nice and calm and relaxing l. It allows me to focus more on what I'm doing. But there is the cashier that is so nice and really makes me feel welcomed she has not been working there for too long but her name is Jerriet. She is so kind and nice and gives excellent 👌 service.
