The new provider was very rude was not helpful. Did not give me the answers I needed or did she care to give me a proper explanation as to why the surgery is being postponed when clearance has already been given by provider and insurance . It’s when ever they feel like getting it done and turned in with in 30 days
Called for two days in a row and I can’t reach anyone or submit a request for a call back.
Was treated very well. Friendly but professional.
