Body shops need to seriously learn from these guys. Frank, Coco, the gentleman with the hair combed backwards (my apologies didn’t get your name) and even the one working on my Tesla are super professional, friendly and welcoming. I’ve been in my fair share of accidents and I’ve NEVER had a welcoming experience with body shops. But this crew went above and beyond. The service and experience was outstanding and spectacular. This is my second experience and the second was more outstanding than the first my car was repaired to perfection and I was very pleased with the help from Rhett Smith @collision repair by Brooks hopefully I don’t return soon but if I do it will definitely be repaired by Brooks. They did a great job detailing my car before I picked up and inspected the great work very pleased.
