10+ years of residing @ Mercer Commons (OTR). It’s been an incredible journey! Looking forward to working with Karin (Regional Manager) and Jen (Interim Property Manager). I absolutely love my apartment! Maintenance and the new property manager are very responsive and always friendly. The location is also great, you’re within walking distance to a bunch of nice restaurants and shopping. I’m so happy with my decision to move here.
Still waiting for my security deposit. I am a former resident and after completing the final walkthrough and leaving the apartment I was promised my security deposit within the next 30 days (in line with my lease contract timeline). To this date (almost two months later), I have not received my money back or an I indication of why they failed to send it on time.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the drinks were pretty good. My MAIN complaint comes from randomly getting charged $66.48. I have no idea where this charge came from I have only been to this place once and I have two transactions. I would love to know why this happened and if it’s an authorization it should be told to the buyer. It also seems extremely high and random to be an authorization. I would love to continue to go here but if there is a $66+ service fee or whatever it is I don’t think I would like to go here agai... read more
I really enjoy being a resident here. Management and maintenance are very responsive when it comes to request and they’re amazing at what they do. Great apartments for OTR living.
