I used this company for the first time. The service was quick and reliable. I would definitely use tem again for future work and recommend them highly. James was very pleasant over the phone, arranged a time and advised me of who would be coming to my home. The guys that showed up were courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable while advising me of the problems I have with my chimney.
James got out here the week after Irene to inspect the chimney for possible causes of water seaping into the attic. He was very professional in assessing what needs to be done, already got an estimate and he also did a minor caulking around the flashing immediately (this courtesy was much appreciated). His service was very speedy (got here within 1 day of my call to inspect), treated the house with very much respect. I called this company to replace a chimney cap that blew off during Hurricane Sandy. When I made the appointment I was told the approximate price of the repair. Upon arriving at my house they performed an inspection of my chimney. After the inspection they recommended a liner for my chimney. I told the worker that I wanted to hold off on the chimney cap until we decide about the liner. I was then told that I had to pay a $100 inspection fee.
