Very nice and helpful security and no unnecessary hold ups. They get their job done..
If I could give no stars I would. I’m visiting the state and an emergency arose. Got into ED at 130a double over in pain. I have been the only person in the waiting room since 2am waiting to be called back to see the MD. Went to speak to the triage to explain I’m not doing well I need help and was told to just wait there are no beds and when they discharge I can get a bed/room. Sat there for 6 hours as they saw everyone else they deemed “more ill.” The attitude of the white nurse with short blonde hair who took vitals, brought patients back, etc., was so nasty, even the security guards shook their heads. I wouldn’t go here again even if I WAS literally dying. Just let me die at that point.
I went to ER and they are very bad staff and also doctor don't even care.they discharge me without treated me and i was so sick.i'm from new york and wasn't safe for me to travel at that moment but they kicked me out without giving me medicine and without knowing that i'm safe to travel back to new york!!!
Went to Mercy Fitz emergency department with my mother and noticed there were 2 people ahead of us. Three people came after and was waited on before my mother. I went to speak with nurse Deborah who was so rude, dismissive and just refuse to listen. She stated other people were here before her. She waited on someone who wasn't finished with intake.
