I can't say enough wonderful things! The care they show to all the seniors is heartwarming. The sense of community, the genuine care from the staff, and the diverse activities tailored to seniors have made a remarkable difference. Daycare and Medical program I attend 2 days a week, to be honest I barely go. I get board quick I am a tad younger and more mobile than most participant therefore my needs are not as great as others . Great program if a loved one or yourself in need of a program as such, I highly recommend it. I mainly attend for the medical benefits more so than anything else. It goes to show that when times get tough corporations show their true colors when it comes to the health and safety of the average citizen. My legally blind elderly grandmother has been rejected to be tested for the covid-19 due to the fact that Mercy Life Cares more about themselves and the all mighty dollar versus people's lives. Day center for adults of differing capacity. Actvities geared to include all participants. Primary care, nursing care and social services provide excellent care to optimize physical, mental and spiritual health.
From the day my aunt arrived, it's been nothing be hell and negligence. Ignorance on the 1st night after being transferred, only been in this place for two days and now my aunt has died there. Hard to see how people gave 4 and 5 stars.
