My experience with them was little over two years ago. They came to our apartment to evaluate Mom. She had dementia. The lady who assessed my mom was horrible. My mom had been looking forward to their visit & hoping to get in there because I was her only caregiver and I had to work so she was left alone way too much, even tho I worked part-time. I’m happy to talk to whoever about the driver of bus 12 PASSING A STOPPED HANDICAPPED SCHOOL BUS IN THE LANE NEXT TO THE STOPPED BUS ON COTTAGE HILL ROAD. WHAT THE HECK?! and we are supposed to entrust care of our elderly or sick loved ones when my deaf child could’ve been mowed down by your driver neglecting to follow the law?! I have an entire video of it and the bus does too!
This program is designed to assist elderly individuals (and their families) who are facing challenges in maintaining their independence. They provide a wide range of services, including transportation, healthcare services, and various other benefits. The facilities are immaculate, and the staff is highly trained, friendly, and professional. My experience with Mercy Life so far has been nothing short of exceptional. I feel completely at ease leaving my loved one in their capable hands.
Ok...so at first I gave them a bad review, but I had a change of mind. ..yes the enrollment process was not the best experience. However, now that my mom is signed up for the program IT HAS BEEN WONDERFUL!....They have really put in a lot of time with my mom and have started doing multiple things for her that have made a big difference in our lives. UP to date medical care including checkups every 6 months, free medication monthly or when needed, excellent physical therapy provided if needed, free transportation to appointments, free laundry and housekeeper if needed. And excellent meals if there at mealtime. And so many more good benefits at no cost to the patient.
