I enjoy going to Mercy Life. At first I was not sure what I was signing up for, but it is so good. They take care of all your health issues. Make doctors appointments, provide your medication, provide things like bath mats rotators, that will help in the house. Provide transportation to and from appointments. The staff is excellent and they care about and for you.
The staff are very confusing for my aunt the only staff that helped me and my aunt out wit directions & a understanding was a young lady I believe her name is Cherrelle other than that them staff are trash Oh and the security guard was pleasant and Chi I call her cause I can’t spell her name she was great the rest of them in there are ignorant and don’t know what they are doing I recommend not to send your relatives here unless them 3 people are working !!!!!

Great place for my mom. They exceed meeting all her needs.
It's ok but some aids don't know how to use a luantry card I don't mind doing it .it's all good.
