Family members can never get any answers from the incompetent office staff. They are very rude. Most of the time not returning phone calls. Let alone picking up the phone. Many of days they just didn’t show up to pick up my grandma. Who can’t stay home alone. So now someone has to call out of work on short notice. If I mentioned how horrible this place is I would have to type a book…You’ve been warned

They don't really care about the people they come there for service. My cousin is a stroke victim and a client there. He fell his apartment and I had to pick them up from the emergency room. The next day I went to life to speak to his counselor to inform them about the fall,waited for an hour and then I was informed they would not speak to me because my name was not on a list.

I don't attend myself but I work with clients who are attendees at this program and they love going to LIFE evry chance they get. Some of them it's the only outings they get during the week and for some that's a blessing because their home lives are less than ideal. because

THIS IS NOT A GOOD HOSPITAL ESPECIALLY IF U HAVE SEIZURES. They left someone with epilepsy in the hall and she almost broke her nose. Worst hospital in Philly

The level of compassion I received from the staff at Mercy Hospice for my loved one could never be match the team at West Philly will forever hold a place in my heart in honor of Liliie from Philly special acknowledgment to the social worker Michelle! She understands the assignment everytime!!
