went to Muse for awhile for anxiety & depression. after a few months she implied that she thought I was selling the medication she was prescribing me (i have been prescribed this for the last 9 years and have had no issues with doctors). she made me cry during my appointment and I never went back.
Started seeing London Muse. She seems to listen and care. Had to make an emergency appointment with Logan Pettit. Not a fan. Doesn't listen and prescribes what she wants vs what I've been on for years. Called 2x the following day to get a note for work while adjusting to the concoction. I was told by the front desk she's too busy today. So now...taking more time off work to go back and see Dr. Muse. I'll leave another review for Muse but not at all impressed with Pettit.
Doc Sue and her staff are the best! My husband and I have been patients of hers for nearly 20 years and have received nothing by EXCELLENT care. Doc Sue is thorough, compassionate, respectful and 100% professional. We feel very blessed to have a doctor who sincerely cares about her patients. She isn’t a doctor who counts how many “people” come through the clinic door on a daily basis to pad her pocket. I can only praise Doc Sue and her staff for providing us with such exceptional care.
The doctors office is okay to go to, but since our doctor has left (which we had for 5 years) the service and depth of visits just doesn’t seem the same.
I always feel heard and I am always taken care of at this location. I haven’t always been the easiest patient but they show me patience and grace. The whole staff is friendly from the front desk, to the nursing staff, to the doctors. Shoutout to Dr Keller for helping me through a very difficult time in my life.
