Kera Casber is a very kind and compassionate doctor! I have a lot of medical anxiety, and Kera and the nurses have been very kind every time I’ve came. The front desk people are also very nice. Would highly recommend.
They treat people terrible here. Sat on hold for 40 min for someone to pick up and rudely put me on hold after asking me why im calling. And honestly i was going to keep this to myself but. The doors arent soundproof. Wee hear you talking shit about the patients. Shut up and do your job instead of gossiping and laughing at your patients that you think cant hear you.
D Rincon Perez, PA Was excellent. He took the time to research my past medical records (10+ years ago) and was extremely helping in making sure I had a plan moving forward!!
The hold music is absolutely terrible screaming in your ear high pitched its TERRIBLE. I usually hang up because its terrible. I cant get in to see my regular doctor and really dont like or want to be seen by his helpers, hes my doctor if I cant see him im going else where because I have a Dr I thought was my doctor amd thats who I want to see. Thats why I been going to him so long, hes the one I like and know.
Kera Casber and Monica her nurse are wonderful with my special needs son! The Lab gal was amazing with him too!!
