We’ve been going to this clinic for a year and a half and have been very happy with each of the pediatricians we’ve seen. I appreciate that I can often get a same day or next day appointment for my child. The doctors always take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
Called with a minor concern about my child and they said since she was due for a well child visit they would include it with that so insurance would take care of it. Well the doctor didn't run any tests or do anything other than look at her and write a few notes and I got a bill for $166 they deny anything about it being a well child visit even though they said it would be. I called to confront them and they apologized but but wouldn't do anything about it so I'm still stuck with a $166 bill for their incompetence or outrigh... read more
We love our experience with doctors, nurses, and staff. Unfortunately, unlike Unity Point, our clinic is unwilling to keep our children updated on routine CDC recommended immunizations and we have to go to the county public health department. We recommend new families choose Unity Point pediatrics for this reason.
Dr Andersen has been our pediatrician for nearly 12 years. He always listens to concerns big and small and takes the time to make sure kiddos are healthy and on the best track. He is very kind and knowledgeable. We couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician! 10/10
Great place to take your kid unless you do the walk-in clinic in the morning. PURE chaos! There is no rhyme or reason for who gets in first. If you arrive first, other parents will push their way in front of you, and the receptionist doesn't care. We arrived way before everyone and were still sitting there 35 minutes later because they have zero structure. 4 kids got in before us. The Drs are great but they need a better plan for the walk-in.
