Despicable billing practices. Patient for more than 20 years. Have been through billing issues many times with Mercy. I present them with my insurance coverage and they don't file it. After their breach and ransom of patient data and systems they did not file my insurance claim ...again. Multiple phone calls and emails with this office and the Mercy patient advocate. I have always gotten great service from all of the front staff. Carol is so warm and friendly to me and my family. There have been many occasions when I needed extra care for my dad who has multiple heath concerns including dementia and the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Adela Bajric is a wonderful practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and takes plenty of time with me addressing any and all of my concerns. Don’t be late for your appointment. If you’re ten minutes behind because of work and traffic you will get dropped and have to reschedule. I really enjoy this new no wiggle room over booking they have in place. Another favorite of mine is when they treat you as if you work for them. Yes I called and said I was going to be running behind but had I know that they really could care less I wouldn’t have even wasted my time. Although my Doctor was professional and understanding my nurse (Jackie) however wasn’t. She was very rude/Impatient to my mentally disabled client.. As I know it can be frustrating to not know all the information about a client we as healthcare providers/ caretakers have to be professional. As I only probably took 6 to 10 minutes away from her day she acted so unprofessional and nasty. please do better and remember we are all human! Be kind! Be patient! Be understanding!
I wish I could post 0 stars. Ever since Dr. Giddings retired, This place has gone to hell! They don't care about their patients. They are rude and do not want to help you. Carol, the receptionist, is a horrible person and should be fired. She does not do her job well and is on a power trip. I'm appalled at my experience with her.
