If I could give 0 stars I would. I was recently seen at this clinic and it may have been the worst experience I have ever had. First, I waited over 1.5 hours to be seen. After being brought into a room by a nurse, I waited a half hour before a nurse practitioner ever came to the room. I was seen by T Rapien. She spent 5 minutes with me and told me the OTC medication I had said I was using wasn't great, but didn't give me an alternate option. She then said I needed a blood draw and sent me on my way. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Dr Sutton is rude and unprofessional. Rolled his eyes when I asked for a doctors note. My 3 year old didn’t breathe how he wanted her to and he said ‘we’re done here’.. argued w me about my daughter having chewable antibiotic rather then liquid and said ‘TUH I haven’t don’t that in a long time but I guess’. Gave zero info on how to help her get better either. I went to MercyOne Urgent Care on Bluebell Road yesterday. I had called ahead and was told there weren't many patients ahead of me. The receptionist, nurse, and physician were all helpful and friendly. I had an excellent experience with MercyOne and would recommend them. I don't know why people have given them only an average of 3.2 (I notice the other urgent care facilities in town had similar ratings), unless these people went to urgent care with mismatched expectations with regard to what urgent care can provide.
Gave a 4 out of 5 stars because every buisness has room for improvement. Big or small. I came in an hour before their walk in side was open . I was told i could wait an hour or see if the one next to them could fit me in. I went to the other side and the receptionist found a doctor that saw me on such short notice without an appoitment. I was streessed I had fell two days prior and woke that morning with a headache and was feeling like vomiting. My son who was 4 and a half months woke up screaming in pain and we couldn’t get him to stop no matter what we did. We were at my in laws so we didn’t think we could make it home to our doctor so we went to Mercy One pediatrician, Dr. Shockley. When we got there I told her we just got back yesterday from Tennessee and was in the mountains a lot and think he has an ear infection.
