I was looking to change physicians and so I made an appointment with Dr. Del Rosario and I could not be more dissatisfied, she has the bedside manner of a rock and when I looked at the notes in the app nearly everything was incorrect. She put in her notes I was diagnosed with "x" and it is not true. Horrible experience and I will NEVER back.

Always friendly and helpful! Never too busy to help you on the phone. I absolutely appreciate Dr Cat Del Rosario as well. Builds great rapport and is not rude, pushy, or arrogant. She actually talks with you about things aside from your ailments. Great people!

Disappointed… went in for my first Medicare check up and ended up getting billed $86.01 for an office visit. During the appointment Dr Kat asked about blood work for my cholesterol check and I explained it wasn’t covered, then added that I had to cut my med in half due to aches and pains. That 15 second conversation cost me $86.01 as they billed me for an office visit and Medicare both! I’ve been seeing Gerber for over a year now and he’s simply the best. Always helpful and always so caring. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a regular family doctor - this is the place. Staff is always kind and helpful too.

I have gone though a provider at the Mercy Carlisle clinic for over 5 years now and they are all amazing! The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are kind and helpful and have made every experience a good one.
