If i could leave negative stars i would. Immediately dismissed about pain based off of vitals. I was told by a specialist at a research hospital to go to the ER. - what a mistake to go to this one! The nurses did not check on me, but made sure to send the billing person in first! We expressed our complaints, and the male nurse on staff immediately came in and started getting on me when I did not express my disappointment - my spouse did! My daughter is a college student at UNI. She had a laceration that needed stitches. She went into the emergency room and was taken care of and out the door within 40 minutes. They took excellent care of her, was very caring and i’m so impressed with how quickly they took care of her
DONT come here! This used to be Sartori, it WAS good! My mom & a dad to me worked there for over 25 years! Went last night in withdrawal from a med I had been taking for 13 years! The er nurses meh okay, the “Dr” should have her license taken as she didn’t have a clue! Told me to go to detox at the other NOT MERCIFUL ONE! Nurse or nurse’s assistant (unsure which) caught an attitude with me and when I returned the attitude back at her she threatened to make me leave for asking a medical question she didn’t know the answer too and didn’t like me asking for the doctor that could answer said question. Can safely say she won’t be winning any Daisy awards anytime soon.
I went to Sartori ER for a back spasm. When I walked to the counter struggling to say my problem because of the pain, they looked at me puzzled and without speaking handed me a clipboard. After barely looking at me, they told me that they were incapable of treating me there and the only thing they could offer me was to start narcotics and then have me transported to Waterloo by ambulance. They hadn't even offered me a wheel chair in the 15-20 minutes I'd been there, so I left. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $1750!... read more
