Went there last night and I'm about 7 months pregnant to be told their obgyn had closed which is whatever things happen but the Doctor that came in she decided to tell me, without actually examining me!, I was in premature labor just by going off her OWN PERSONAL experiences. Got sent to University of iowa to find out I was slightly dehydrated and just pulled a muscle in my back. Don't go here at all if your pregnant and or wanting good care cause they won't take care of you at all!!!
No one had openings for endoscopy and colonoscopy for months, Dr office said they could get my wife in 3 weeks at Clinton Mercy, I really didn't want to drive to Clinton from QCA was ever sure it was in network, Dr said wouldn't be no issues, insurance would pay most of it, got there told us about 3 to 4 hrs procedure, we were there total 1 hour and 10 minutes from start to finish and she was done. over $24,000 bill but insurance fought it for months asking why we didn't go to Mercy in QCA, they finally paid some, now we're... read more
“We had an excellent experience at MercyOne Emergency Room. We were seen immediately with no waiting, and the staff was incredibly attentive and caring throughout our visit. They made sure we were comfortable, providing warm blankets and even food while we waited for test results. The nurse was especially helpful in assisting my brother to the car when we were leaving. Aside from the reason for our visit, it was truly a very positive experience. We’re grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to us.”
Highly recommend not going to the er here. That's about the nicest way I can put it. If you need emergent care around Clinton, your best options would probably be Davenport or Illinois. Just make the drive to Iowa City to be honest
We need get this place audited and changes it's a joke you go in with 1400 blood sugar 2 hours to get iv drop down to 775 still way too high sent home at 6pm no insulin just finding out diabetic going blind cause so high two hours later up too 1200 I had to go to dewit to get help and get down such crap I need find good lawyer this is a lawsuit!!@@@
